About Us
We are a family run business with 30+ years of experience in all aspects of pre-construction. Since 2009 Steve Nixon has been working with a variety of clients, helping to attract, professionally bid, and secure profitable construction projects.
Steve has worked in estimating, planning, bid management, quality assurance, and on site surveying since 1981 for local, national and international companies.
We are here principally to price tenders for builders. We provide a professional, quick and accurate service for pricing any constuction project. We also offer planning, NBS & contract advice and also advice on what is expected domestically under the new CDM 2015 changes for builders, consultants and the public.

In addition to these successes with his own company Steve had extensive estimating experience with national contractors since 1981 covering traditional commercial and industrial tenders, design and build, multi storey residential, social housing, offices, international tendering, local authority works and some small experience in civils and rail.
