Larger Domestic Projects
Since 2009 we have been involved in large domestic projects, ranging from high end developments, new builds, disabled conversions, and whole estates.
Our estimates are taken off into a full Bill of Quantites, backed up with a level of sourced prices. Each tender will be presented as you want to see it, not in a standard format.
Please be assured we take confidentiallity very seriously. We will give you an estimate for the cost of the works, for you to add or change any part. We never know your tender figure. In addition any material or labour rates given to us to use in your pricing are held in secure confidence.
