• Llandudno School. New school (D&B)

• 2 x Wigan schools. Major extensions and kitchens to 2 Wigan schools  (Dwgs & spec).

• Warrington collegiate building. 5 phase complete new education facility

• Medical centre Oldham     New medical facility (Dwgs & spec)

• New tumour facility            Oswestry £13M secured under P21+

• Bespoke botanical experiment complex for Salford University (D&B).

• Mercury & radiation decontamination of 8 storey chemistry building for Manchester University.
