• Kwik Save Warrington - new town centre store (BOQ)

• High Leigh Garden Centre - new garden centre (D&B)

• Plas Coch, Wrexham - new retail site, hotel, car retail, petrol station, pub restaurant, Sainsburys (D&B)

• Wing Yip. Manchester - new build Chinese style outlet, restaurant, banks, laundry, car park (D&B)

• Conversion of small shops to new tenant requirements - Stockton Heath

• Re-branding Arnold Clarke outlets to reflect the various manufacturers, Stoke, Wolverhampton & Edinburgh. 

• Re-fit out Handelsbanken outlets, Manchester & Oldham. 

• New luxury check-in, lounge and bar areas for PremiAir at Manchester Airport.

• New "I'm A Celebrity" adventure experience at The Lowry Manchester.
