Small domestic works

Since 2009 we have successfully secured contracts for builders in the region of 50-60 projects each year.

 

All our estimates are individually taken off into a full Bill of Quantites, backed up with a level of sourced prices. We do it properly not on a square foot basis. Each tender will be presented as you want to see it, not in a standard format.

 

These jobs range from tiny domestic extensions to grand alterations and internal re-developments. All projects receiving the same care and attention you should expect. 

 

Please be assured we take confidentiallity extremely seriously. We will give you an estimate for the cost of the works, leaving you to add or change any part so we never know what your final offer is.

 

In addition any material or labour rates given to us to use in your pricing are held in secure confidence.
